My works in nephrology invoved of taking care of dialysis patients. The invention of this kind of dialysis machine representing robotic computerised artificial kidneys. It takes care of purification of renal failed blood and ultrafiltration well. Just it lack the other soft skills of human kidneys. The hormonal function of kidney need to be care by nephrologist.Dialysis is costly to most people, government hospital can not cater all, charity centres tried to help but overloading soon, private centres plenty but costly. So, the best thing we can do it preventing renal failure. But it will be a tought fight we need to face to battle the diabetes, the Malysian number one leading cause to end stage renal failure (ESRF).
