Renal diseases are most silent and progress over time, one should be aware of its present. I would recommend people to include routine urine FEME test in their routine medical check-up.
It can be a good screening tools to deect some early form of the renal diseases. But, the impurity of the routine urine catch during the urine sample collection will made the interpreation of urine FEME difficult. Hence, a proper mid stream urine collection is important.
